1. What this site is

El Profe Xenon is an educational blog about ICT and STEAM methodologies, with a portfolio of educational projects by the same author. It is an informational site and free to use.

2. Permitted use

You may read the site, share its links and use its ideas in your teaching. You may not:

  • use the site unlawfully, or try to damage it, overload it or access non-public areas;
  • send spam, offensive or misleading content through the contact form;
  • impersonate El Profe Xenon or suggest that the site endorses your products or services.

3. Intellectual property

The texts, logo, visual identity, cover images and the site's own code belong to El Profe Xenon, unless stated otherwise. All rights reserved.

  • You may quote short excerpts of an article as long as you credit the source and link to the original.
  • You may not copy whole articles or reuse the content, logo or images for commercial purposes without written permission.

Messages you send through the form remain yours; we only use them to reply to you.

4. Educational content

Articles and resources are informational and reflect the author's opinion and experience. They are not professional, pedagogical, legal or any other kind of advice, and we do not guarantee specific results when applying them. Before using an idea in your classroom, adapt it to your context and to the rules of your school.

5. Links and other projects

The site contains links to external pages and to other projects by the author. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.

We are not affiliated with the Ministry of Education of the Dominican Republic (MINERD) or any other official institution. The linked practice and review projects are independent educational initiatives and are not official tests.

6. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors. We may modify, suspend or remove content or the whole site at any time, and update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, El Profe Xenon is not liable for damages or losses arising from the use of the site, from the inability to use it, or from reliance on its content. This does not limit the rights that the law grants to consumers and that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Courts of the Dominican Republic will have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to the rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
